Has anyone got this combination anywhere?

 

We have found that the remote to the projector will not work if the IWB is turned on.

 

So the teacher has to turn the board off, then turn the projector on with the remote and then turn the board on.

 

If they wish to use the freeze function on the projector, then again they have to turn the IWB off.

 

It's a pain!

I've raised a support call with Smart and also made contact with John Dykes | Business Development Executive | Projectors Division of Casio who has passed my query on to his Tokyo HQ!

Casio sent me out some filters : called IR-FILTER-S !

 

They fit to the front IR sensor and solve the issue.

 

I've got the email address of the person at Casio to contact if anyone wants to PM me I can pass on his details.
