smart board resetting settings

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know how/if its possible to force a smart uf75 to hold its zoom and aspect ratio?

 

I have one that's constantly loosing its zoom, despite all the auto options set to off.

It also sometimes ditches its 4:3 aspect ratio.

 

Its as if its desire to mimic the laptops screen overides the 4:3 and zoomed in image the user wants it to have.

 

There seemed to be no save or no commit options on the remote or the menu.
