No, that one loads.

I was looking for the old 80's style support pages where i can lookup SRRJ/8720 to download the "Duplicated Student Data by ID" report to fix an MLS Eclipse sync issue.

 

Using the https://myaccount.capita-cs.co.uk/ site i am not able to find what i am looking for....

 

I am following the MLS instructions in the attached file

So i have resorted to phoning Capita help desk... so far I have been waiting for 25 mins, I am currently over 10th in the queue and my call will be answered in approx. 30 seconds apparently - been like that for 20 mins! Joke.

I've been informed that apparently that site is now gone and replaced with the https://myaccount.capita-cs.co.uk/ site.

Shows you how long it was since I had to use the support site - thank the lord for our data manager! I think if I had to interface with Capita support more often I would have a lot less hair and more of it would be grey!
