RM Ecoquiet 215 All In One

I have the above sitting on my desk suffering form a no sound issue. I presume these have sound built in ? All drivers seem to be installed.

 

OS is Windows 10 Pro. (Fresh Load)

 

Sounds works if you use the usual green port.

 

Volume is set to highest.

I have some RM 210 mini pcs. We've just rolled out the CC4 windows 10 to them and found that the sound doesn't auto switch from front to rear or vice versa. It's a manual change of output in the sound settings in control panel!😲

Make sure that the green speaker cable is plugged in to the port on the back of the motherboard. There's also a little switch in the cave to turn the speakers on/off.

Anyone any ideas? Anyone got the above machine with sound that you can turn on/off ? is there a secret button?
