Hi All,

I have an issue streaming media from http://www.screenonline.org.uk

 

We are registered and have spoken to their support but no luck.

 

Firefox shows the following error message (same issue with explorer)

 

main error: Connection to media1.screenonline.org.uk port 1755 failed:

Connection timed out

access_mms error: failed to open a connection (tcp) main error:

Do you have any kind of proxy server that may be blocking the site or part of the site.

I say "apparently" because our access go's through the counties grid and I have already passed this by them to which they have denied that it would not affect screenonline.
