(actually any of the clips - but you have to have your school registered with them in order to play)
Installing and using Vlc shows better detail in messages as below:-

It looks as though the problem is on their end seemingly finding nothing but having spoken to them it appears to be my end. Something blocking streaming media possibly?
Any ideas?
