Ruckus Guest Access Tokens

Morning,

 

I've created a guest pass for a group of visitors on site which sits on its own separate VLAN straight out to the web.

It works great on my windows phone (even roaming for a change) but they are complaining its not working in some areas.. it seems to be Apple ones.

I've checked the WLAN settings and its set to unlimited people and I've throttled it down to 5Mb speed... everything else is standard.

Not sure why it keeps asking for a new passcode (the same on works)

 

Anyone seen this before.?

Morning, what firmware version are you running on your ZD?, have you tried upping the Grace Period under advance option on the SSID? Also check the Guest Access Service and make sure you havent got any session termination settings configured.

I upped that to 480 minutes yesterday and they are still complaining. I am running 9.9.1.0 build 31 which is the maximum I can go to because of some of my APs (I did go higher but had issues)

 

Where is the termination settings? I can't find that.

Cant remember if its there for 9.9 but if it is it will be Configure > Guest Access > Guest Access Service, edit your service and check the Session, you will only see this if you have "Enable Guestpass Self Service" ticked.
