With the old HP switches setting up LACP was straight forward. However on these re-branded 3Com switches there is a bit more to it.

A video I found over the weekend seems to hit the nail on the head

Basically,

1. Make sure the ports that will be members of the LACP are set to Link-Type Access first.

2. In LACP, Create the LACP group selecting the ports to be members

3. In VLAN configuration, select the newly configured BAGG and change the link type to trunk and apply

4. In VLAN configuration, tag the newly create BAGG for the vlans that need to be configured across the link

5. Go back to LACP and make sure the members are selected, and if any errors exist with the configuration.
