Can old images from old server be put onto new server?

Two questions (regarding Windows 2000 clients on Windows 2003 server):

 

1. Is there a way I can locate and move my old Ghost images of our Win2000 clients from our old server (running Win2000 server) to our vanilla Win2003 server, and if so would I be able to deploy them from the new server using RIS (I think I would then need to make some changes to the client)?

 

2. Is there a way to locate a remote install of Win2000 for clients on our old server and move it to our new server in such a way as to be able to deploy it using RIS?

Not sure on the RIS question, but moving your images should just be a case of moving the files over on whatever medium is convienient?
