Do you have remote phone support with any 3rd party company?

 

If you have, are you happy with their service and can you recommend them?

 

What is the total number of students in your school?

 

What hours of the day ICT Support covered for?

 

How many ICT Support staff within your Team (please mention part time/full time)?

 

Do you provide support to any other feeder school? If you do what is the size?
