Office 365 Room Booking

I am tasked with sorting out the schools calendars over the Summer.

 

At the moment we have various calender's and its all very granular.

 

What I am looking at it having two, main school then a clubs and lettings.

 

I cant work out if I should use the room booking facility within 365 or a separate room booking platform.

 

I do use classroom booking be webman for booking IT equipment but it could be confusing having to use two platforms.

 

What do you guys do?

If you want to view all room bookings for the month can you overlay more than 10 calender's?

No unfortunately you cant view more than 10 calendars.
