[sims] [Nova-T] Timetabling 2nd Teacher to class

Is this possible?

 

We have a teacher who is timetabled to support other staff. That teacher shouldn't appear on the pupils timetables, but should have the lessons on their own timetable.

Hmm... in "Teacher Timetable" in Nova (Timetable > New > Teacher) you seem to be able to add 'Staff' and 'Room' and tick 'Double Up'.

 

I wonder what thqat will break!

Is it important that they don't appear on student timetables? On the classes screen if you drag the new teacher on the class it will ask you 'Do you want to replace XXX' click No and they will both be assigned (and the class will go pink to signify it has more teacher periods than periods). I'm pretty sure both teachers will appear, although if you dig around in print timetables there might be a 'first teacher only' option or something like that.

I'm just about to send to SIMS for the 1st time ever. Worried about leaving any red or pink. Will see how my 1st bodge goes!

We add our TAs to Timetable, but you have to ensure the 'real' teacher is listed as main..... or everyone gets confused!
