HAP Client Download? (Do you need a client installed on machines)

Do you need to install a client onto Windows / Mac clients to use HAP (V10.0)?

If so, where can I download this package from?

Just wanted to check as when I attempt to download a file I get the below IIS Error!

 

"Bad Request 400.0"

Error Code 0x00000000
