Hi All I have installed the "Direct Edit" MSI on my machine. I logon to HAP and turn "Direct Edit" on, however this doesnt seem to stay activated.... ANY IDEAS? If I enable it then right click the file and select Direct Edit, a blank document opens up.., ANY IDEAS? Thanks is advance all Andy

Hi All Do you need to install a client onto Windows / Mac clients to use HAP (V10.0)? If so, where can I download this package from? Thanks, Andy

I am new to HAP and have also installed on a Windows 2016 Server running IIS 10. Although the application seems to be working correctly, until I tried to access a file... Hope someone can advise / help. I logon to HAP and go to "My Files" and browse to the share and folder. I then select the file i want to access. I receive a message: You are about to download a file, if you wish to edit please save to your computer and upload once you have finished! I click OK then get the below IIS error:
