Hidden mapped drives show up intermittently and profile issue

Hi,

 

Putting together new gpos on new set of computer and user OUs. I have put a test user and test pc within these OUs.

 

The issue I am having right now is one of my hidden mapped drives for users will show up intermittently, when I delete profile it disappears. Then after a few logins, it shows up again.

 

Any ideas?
