We are seeking to recruit a motivated and well qualified IT Technician to join our extremely successful and high achieving team.

The successful candidate will work alongside the IT Network Manager to maintain the school IT Network and to provide 1st and 2nd line support to all users.

Acting as a first point of contact for all day to day issues, you will assist with the management and maintenance of all hardware, software and network management.

 

You will have:

• Experience of providing IT support, prioritising and responding to IT requests

• A high standard of literacy and numeracy with qualifications in Maths and English

• A degree or Level 4 equivalent in IT/Computer Science and network solutions or significant relevant professional experience

• Knowledge of soft packages and applications, including Microsoft Office, Apple and Windows software

• Experience in the operation of IT networks and full range of IT equipment, PC’s, peripherals, MFD’s, software and portable devices
