Creating a VMware Cluster on a live System..Any Gotchas?

Airing on the side of caution on this one!, And im guessing theres not issues at all but.....

is there any Gotchas on creating and moving hosts to a Cluster on a live system(s)?

I have 3 Hosts as part of a Vcenter server and need to add them to a Cluster to add my Synology iScsi target.
