Interogating printer for statsHi all

Hi all

 

We have some Ricoh multi function printers - 5504 being the main one

 

I need to keep track of which codes have been used to photocopy and print stuff

 

I can do this by printing off the usage stats, entering them into a spreadsheet etc etc

but I was wondering if there is a way of extracting the info directly - thus leading to the possibility of automating it

 

any ideas??

There often is management software which might help. Check the manual or just browse to the IP , usually there'll be a remote interface.
