Google Team Drives - not appearing on shared staff's drive?

I have set up a google team drive, '2017-2018 information', and shared it with both the staff@ group, and also with 2 individuals directly, I can see the drive and add stuff to it, but they can't see it at all. They have the team drive listed but no actual drives within that.

 

Any ideas?

 

We are using Google Apps for Education.
