Impero students computer view Black

According to a teacher who uses impero, when on live thumbmails students who machines are logged on are appearing black and she can't see them, the same thing happens on the main machine at the office

 

any ideas?

That is firewall related, have a look on there customer portal and it will give you the ports and exemptions to allow through the firewall
