Nwaynebarwell Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Hello We seem to be having an issue with Flash player on IE 11, Websites such as MyMaths and Tellyads are saying they are not working due to flash player not being enabled however flash player is enabled on IE 11, These effect student accounts so it could be down to a Policy or Registry issue? any ideas Thanks
6Foot2 Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Do you have the latest version of flash player installed? v: 25.0.0.171 (I think)

free780 Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Upgrade to Windows 10 flash is pushed out via WSUS/Windows update. Or every patch Tuesday Adobe release a new version. Have a test group of PCs then push out to all after a few days if no issue.
deano Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Worth checking event logs for blocks from SRP or Applocker. Seen recently that chrome changed the way it handles flash player and it registers a DLL file in app data. It was getting blocked for me by app locker, allowed it through and worked. Not sure it affects I.E. but worth checking
Nwaynebarwell Posted May 22, 2017 Author Posted May 22, 2017 We have found the issue, the issue was in internet settings regarding active X controls, we separated a students account and monitored the policies applied to it and see what it changed. eventually we got to the correct ones which have fix the problem, thank you all for the help 1
