Windows 10 - IE Crashing on 2nd Tab

Got a slight problem with 1 person and IE

 

It crashes everytime a 2nd tab gets opens. Event log not really helpful.

 

The program iexplore.exe version 11.0.15063.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

They would use chrome but it dosnt work with our paypol provider....

Could be the default new tab page, or a page or add-on they've added to it. Can you change the GP which affects new tab behaviour - perhaps get it to open a page or a different site?

Do you know whats the poilcy is called? and where to find it.

It'd usually be in your Group Policy Preferences settings for Internet Options - depends if you use these. So User Configuration/Preferences/Control Panel Settings/Internet Options if so. Otherwise, look at User Configuration/Policies/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Internet Explorer/Specify default behaviour for a new tab
