I'd second Google sites + Google Drive. Dead easy to make cool looking sites really quick + unlimited storage + free.

Sharepoint - where collaboration between/to staff is required.

Google Apps (Sites) - Where collaboration with/between students is required.

Wordpress - To communicate to parents and the public.
