Sync offline files. Cannot find file. All data from old network

Hi All,

 

Tried setting up offline files for staff laptops.

 

When they try to make their files available offline it fails one folder.

 

Ive just change file servers and have put al their old work in a folder on their new home drives.

 

All of this cannot be found by the sync.

 

Ive changed the owner to the user on this folder from admin to their username.

 

Any ideas?
