iMC Deploy Template to Switch - Issue with PKI certificate

As part of a new build we have 120 new switches going in.

 

Jus started using iMC and almost got a configuration deployed apart from the cert, it keeps mucking up the common name. The prompt asks for the common name along with org etc.. but does not put this in the cert, all the rest of the info in the cert is correct. The deployment then fails.
