I'd be interested to see the domain(s) that caused this. With some people looking after their own services and domains it strikes me as unfortunate that a whole block is dealt with harshly.

Never seen them block a regional domain like this ... they are usually better than that.

Anyone raised to the LA?

I had to chuckle when I saw a blacklist email bounce from one school on the Derbyshire network managers list. Though that does at least prove its not just my schools domain blocked.

I'd give the LA a try in the first instance, even though it is not really under their control if caused by an external supplier used directly by a school.

But definitely submit the request to remove.

Just to confirm a contact from Dcc is aware and "on the case". The more unblock requests that go in the better I would suggest.

Those who submitted a delist request did you hear anything back? I'm in Manchester and manchester.sch.uk is also blocked. My delist request went in on Tuesday and so far I've not had a response and we're still blocked.

Obviously all of our Governors use BT email addresses as well :(

I do know that Dcc made contact and Derbyshire.sch.uk got unblocked. I didn't hear anything from my requests though.
