Salary:£27,000 - £32,000 per annum

 

Hyperspheric Solutions Ltd is the creator of GO 4 Schools, an online service that is transforming the way schools across the country manage and analyse data. We are a small but expanding company, filled with friendly and professional people delivering a first class software product.

 

We wish to appoint a data manager with experience in the strategic implementation and administration of educational data in a school environment. Exemplary presentation and people skills are required for this role.

 

This key role is vital to the continued success and growth of our product, with excellent opportunities for career development. Working as part of a busy, dynamic team your main responsibilities will include:

 

Developing and executing efficient processes for monitoring use of GO 4 Schools by customers to identify those who may need advice and support.

 

Proactively contacting customers to offer advice and delivering remote training or onsite.

 

Developing processes to provide practical advice and support as efficiently as possible.

 

Contributing to the development of supporting materials and training guidance.

 

Internal liaison with the Software Development Team, feeding back from schools and applying knowledge of the latest initiatives, external school requirements and Ofsted Government requirements.

 

Discussing GO 4 Schools with customers and prospective customers and delivering remote and telephone presentations for schools wishing to purchase additional and new modules.

 

Occasional delivery of training to data managers at school sites.
