MrBitey Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 Hi all, I have the children here all set up with Google Accounts via Google Apps for Education. They love using Google Docs, Slides, Forms etc in lessons. I'd like to enable them to access and create docs using our Nexus 7 Tablets running Android 5.1 We are able to access http/https sites, google play store etc but the Google 'Office' apps don't want to connect. The apps themselves run ok but when I try to create a new document I'm getting an error which states 'Unable to refresh. Check your network connection, then swipe down to retry.' Does anyone have any suggestions/clues as to what I might try? MrB
