mwnci Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Hi All, Our premises team are currently looking for a suitable software system to support them in their work. We are looking for something that is part helpdesk, part management software, to help organise their maintenance schedule. This system also needs to form a base for managing their compliance workload. I've taken a look at the products listed below. Does anyone have any experience with any of these? Quadpro - Home Contracts, Compliance and Helpdesk : Every Tabs CAFM | Facilities Management CAFM Software, Helpdesk, CMMS Concerto property asset management software Shire Systems
Danp Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 If it helps, our Estates team use Spiceworks with us.
synaesthesia Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Our site team use "Every". Although it has been named by a consortium of pensioners without a clue what effect that has for them on search engines, the software is pretty good and ticks all those boxes.
Edu-IT Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Our site team use "Every". Although it has been named by a consortium of pensioners without a clue what effect that has for them on search engines, the software is pretty good and ticks all those boxes. Any idea on cost?
TechMonkey Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Our Estates team use the Help Desk, for maintenance they use recurring or scheduled tickets. Currently we use Web Help Desk but looking around at alternatives so scheduled tickets are a top priority. We are looking at adding School Audit with a view to allow them to carry out proscribed safety checks, such as ladder audits.

Thanks for giving us the direct website link. I am currently stuck in a recurring google NIGHTMARE!!!!
DSapseid Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 We also use Every, our MAT have it for all schools. We currently manage all contracts & SLA's site wide, site assets (desk, chairs etc) and the helpdesk for IT & Premises. Going to be moving over my IT assets as well. 1
