Tooth whitening can make teeth more sensitive it should only be done by a dentist. I had very bad stains as a child across the teeth I change dentist and they massively improved with cleaning by the dentists. Also remember as you get older your teath change colour to not so white. Advoid tooth whitening at all cost as it can damage tooth enamal.
