WRT sugar - white, brown, demerara, muscovado, etc or perhaps golden syrup, treacle, maple syrup, etc - it's all getting far too complicated. I'm switching to toast :p

You're not doing yourself any favours for simplicity there..

What form factor? Pre-cut loaf? Muffins? Uncut loaf?

What variety? White? Wholemeal? Raisin-loaf?

What with? Butter? Margerine? Honey? Chocolate spread? Jam? Marmalade? Lemon curd?

Errr, no sugar.

Thank you and goodnight.

Considering that even the "healthy" breakfast cereal is 98.4343634% sugar, I would agree with you there :)

Sod that! Full english (without Black Pudding) for me, or on a work day, toast (with real butter and Marmite (well, generic yeast extract)).
