Recording Subject Action Plans

Hello all

 

Is anyone able to record data against subject classes as opposed to recording against the students within the classes?

 

For example, we would like a database to record, on a half termly basis: 'what went well', 'even better if' in terms of teaching and learning for each class/subject.

 

We use Progresso and their help team have confirmed there is no function for this. I wondered if anyone does anything similar using an external database?

 

There has to be a better way than collating on excel.
