davyboi Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 got a new acer laptop, added to the domain and ran windows up dates ect started installing some software, when i came to it this morning and tried loging on at the domain adminstrator i got this message; "the system cannot log you on due to the following error: insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. contact systems administrator." logs on as local administrator fine, anyone any ideas??
FN-GM Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 sounds like something is hogging the memory. go to start > run > msconfig and under start-up & then services tab kill things off such as QuickTime that you don’t need. Z
