disable edge welcome page using mandatory profiles

Has anyone managed to disable the edge welcome page?

 

I've tried this script: https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Remove-the-Welcome-screen-a84c50c6

but not working using mandatory profiles.

I had a reg key which works on 1511. Not tried 1607. I'll have a look tomorrow.

On 1607 there's a binary called IE10TourShownTime .

Also another called DisallowDefaultBrowserPrompt which would be good. I need to do more testing. If Microsoft want us to use Edge why don't they create some detailed GPO admxs.
