Hyper V snapshot manual delete

Hi,

 

For some reason (don't ask) I decided to delete a hyper v snapshot this morning. When it has merged them, Its got to 80% and I've calculated we haven't got enough disk space for it to complete the merge.

 

Can I delete them manually? We have some space on the C drive if I could copy the snapshot to there and merge it from there?

 

Any ideas please?

PS the machines are on the host not a storage device

Your Snapshot should be on your default public folder in my documents, you can manually move the snapshots and the VHD over to another location and relocate your new path on your VM
