Onedrivemapper -redirect IE favourites

Hi

 

I'm using the onedrivemapper script to map a network drive for user documents, also using the script to redirect the documents folder to the mapped drive . One thing I need to do is redirect the IE favourites folder to the mapped drive also but using GPO to do this doesn't work as the script obviously runs after the GPO has processed the folder redirection part. Has anyone else managed to to get the Favourites redirected to the mapped drive? If so how?
