EPSON EB93e password locked

Hi we have a epson eb93e and we wanted to get rid of the initial logo but it requests a passowrd, how can i type in the password in the first place? the projector has a small remotebut there is no NUM button to holf and press the numbers button

So now i have the insert password message and it is stuck on that

anyone can help???

I don't think there is a way of doing it without a remote with a keypad - they are availalble on Amazon, about 20 quid I think.

From my experience almost any epson remote will work if you have any from anywhere else

I have its original remote and it is a small remore with a keypad , i can see the number written on it, but i think to activate the numbers function i need to press another key at the same time but there is no NUM key function

anyway i tried also with another remote epson with a NUM key on it but is just cant let me enter the number

any suggestions please?
