[ms office - 2016] Adding Voices to Network CC4 Workstations

Our Sen Department has asked can we add more Microsoft voices to CC4 workstations.

 

This is for text to speech from word etc.

 

What best ways can I do this. Does an all in one installer exist ie MSI

or will we have to manual install or use the RM Package Builder!!!!
