Theldron Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 Hi, I am currently testing Skype for Business from our Office 365 setup, before distributing across the school. I have created an Attendance distribution group, that can contact teachers about attendance issues and vice'a versa. But when I add the group to Skype and expand it I get: Any ideas? Cheers
Theldron Posted February 27, 2017 Author Posted February 27, 2017 Came in this morning and it was working.... One more questions. A while ago I trialed OpenFire for IMing and it has the ability to have the client flash on the taskbar when a new message has been received. Can Skype on 365 do this as if a teacher is teaching a lesson we do not want a potential private message showing up? Note: Just thought would have to select Do Not Disturb on their Skype client?

DND can be a pain as by default it rejects the message unless you change privacy settings on users so needs some thinking, you can change settings on it about notifications however so worth having a go and testing.
