Date page was last updated automated script?

OK, so hands up, I'm being incredibly lazy here but...

 

Does anyone know of a script I can add to each of my web pages on the school site that will read the date the html file was last updated so I can automate the "Page last updated on..." bit at the bottom of each page? IIS server hosted on Windows 2012R2 server.

 

Did I mention I was being incredibly lazy?

OK, never mind, seconds after posting that Google turned up trumps after an hour of finding dead ends...
