[sims] Problems with printing Cover slips

has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm asking on behalf of a colleague, who is doing the cover (which I know nothing about, so I hope I'm explaining this ok).

 

Since the recent Sims update, when she comes to print the cover slips for supply teachers, it always misses off the last few pages of teachers that need cover. She's phoned our SIMS support, who suggested using a different printer, but the problem persists (and she hasn't got time in the morning to use a different printer as it won't be close to her office, and I think suggesting using another printer is a bit of a cop out anyway). IT have re-installed Sims on her machine, but again, the problem remains.

 

It means she has to check every time that all papers have printed correctly, and then re-printing what got missed off. In the morning, when cover needs to be done asap and time is of the essence, I'll guess it's the last thing you'll need.

 

Any ideas anyone?

Hello stranger, had similar issues in the past here and fixed by updating the print driver / firmware on the printer.
