SCCM 2012 R2 PXE Boot Bluescreen

We have a fully working deployment of windows 10 (Works on other PCs but not this one!)

 

This one is booting from PXE, downloading the boot image and then has the windows logo with the rotating dots but then BAM Bluescreen. the error is : SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

 

The deployment did run on this PC yesterday but due to a problem (Config manager client not installing properly) i have decided to re-image it but now it keeps bluescreening!

 

I did do another PC yesterday same make/model with the same deployment and it ran fine and is already back in the field.

 

Any idea what could be causing this?

Bad RAM would be my guess.

I've had that happen so it's worth swapping the RAM over on the 2 machines just to prove it.

AHHH of course! Why didn't i try that :/

 

Just changed the RAM with some spares and it's gone onto the SCCM screen!
