Can anyone recommend a reliable (preferably free) streaming service for a duck hatching camera to stream to the internet on?

We was using the Birdbox Project The Birdbox Project but it has closed down.

Would prefer to stream using a PC and Webcam, but did look into Periscope, and only need something to stream this for a few weeks.

I had to do this a couple of years ago. I can't remember the exact program, but we had a spare Windows XP machine that was used by the science department as a data logger. I plugged in a webcam that we positioned on a load of textbooks, then ran some free software that took a picture via the webcam every 10 seconds or so. This was good enough for the teacher to use as the quality was alright, and it didn't take up a massive amount of space on the external hard disk I was using to save them on (whereas 24/7 video was obscene...).

I think I just googled "Free Auto Photo Taker" or something. Or maybe I used an autoclicker and the Logitech webcam software... Gahh, it was too long ago, I've slept since then! :)
