Server 2016 VDI

Hi All,

 

Trying to setup VDI for our staff and need to check I'm not being dim !

 

1. Installed Server 2016 and associated Roles

2. Created a Few VM's in a collection (From MDT image)

3. staff can login to RDWeb aceess and see collection.

 

Click on the Collection - get RDP download > Run>Enter credentials and Boom. The "Connection was Denied because the user account is not authorized for remote logon"

Any idea where I'm going wrong? The group is allocated in the Collection Security as is a Dedicated user, and I get the same error no matter what I try!

First thing that comes to my head is no permission to rdp on the local vm that they are trying to connect to

unfortunately not that - just to make sure I'm right in thinking I'm looking in the right place. you mean "Allow remote access to this pc" then the group / person ?

To the remote desktop users group on the local vm, this worked for me last time
