Hyper-v stoarage migration now backup will not work

Has any one else had an issue after doing a Hyper-v storage migration and then finding that there backup system is giving Snapshot technology error (0xE000FE1F) and not working?

 

Could this be down to creating a folder to store the virtual machine in?

 

Is the only way of resolving this moving the machine back to the original LUN?
