Flowol 4 upgrade - Robot Mesh

So we are trying to upgrade Flowol with Robot Mesh. But our accounts department just can't seem to get in touch with them in order to set the account up. (They could just order, but as they aren't on our system, it would make payment tricky).

 

Does anyone know either how to get hold of them, or another place to purchase?
