I just don't let anyone else have access to edit Student Details! Well just me and one other trusted colleague. It's the only way.

SEN officer, sims admin, business manager, heads of year, heads PA. Pretty sure at least all those have that option here. Personally I'm nothing to do with it, I just install it and make sure they can login

There was very limited auditing from the old system manager but it would usually crash unless you narrow it down to a specific time, and module. It's worth a go.

Failing that, maybe just maybe by digging around in SQL.

How important is it? Can't you just tell them all off and give them a scary lecture? Someone might cough.
