Hi,

 

We are currently running on Windows Server 2008 R2 and we are Windows 7 Pro across the board on all desktop and laptops. We have just taken delivery of 30 laptops and a trolley. They are all Windows 10 Pro. WE are unsure whether to leave them on 10 and network them or take them back to Windows 7. Would they work okay on 10 on our network or would it be more hassle than its worth at the moment? Anyone had and experience like this?

I'd probably put them to 7 until you have time to test your software and group policies on them

Yep I'd agree with that, it's going to cause you more work for sure. We've put 10 out in some places but it's far from perfect.

Okay I may just downgrade them and continue with Windows 7 Pro for the time being

I'd just check that you have working drivers for everything on windows 7 on a single machine before you wipe them all...
