We have a Moodle site setup in conjunction with an external course supplier that only have a small number of users, however sometimes these users need to upload video footage as evidence. The moodle site is hosted offsite and there is only a minimal amount of storage available so uploading videos directly is not an option. In the past we used a system called Mediacore which allowed individual moodle users to upload videos to a central location where they could only view their own uploads, not other users, while teacher users could view all uploads. This worked great, however this system is no longer available so we are looking in to alternative options (preferable free or low cost). We cannot use sites like Youtube to upload videos and then add the link to a Moodle submission as some of the videos may contain pupils.

An ideal option would be to link moodle to a single OneDrive or Dropbox account which all users could upload to, however from what I can see these type of repository options only allow you to link to your own personal account and not to one central account.

Does anyone have any ideas on options I could look into?
