Question about Exchange 2013 message properties

Hi all,

 

I hope you can help, we have a strange issue with regards to exchange 2013 and our spam protection. Basically internal emails don't appear to be classified as internal and instead are being treated as inbound which causes us a lot of problems.

 

We have been unable to find a resolution thus far but have noticed something quite odd when internal emails are sent, please see received mail properties below:

I'm not sure why exchange is bouncing it around like this three times, I didn't experience this issue with 2010 at all. Interestingly our spam detection sends an email when it quarantines an item and the message properties of these emails only show received by exchange once it doesn't get bounced around and the mail is correctly classified as internal.

 

Has anyone had an issue like this?
